If you wish to make a payment or donation to HCPT please complete the form below.

When you click "Submit" you will be redirected automatically to SAGEPAY who will process the credit or debit card transaction in a secure manner. HCPT does not receive or store your card details.

Please note:

• We are unable to accept payments by American Express or Wise Card.
• Any numbers associated with your address (for example, flat and house numbers) need to be included in the first line of the Address field.
• If you are paying a fare or into a sundry account then this transaction might not show in your HCPT account until the end of the next working day.
• You will receive a standard acknowledgement of your payment via our card provider. If your payment was a donation we will separately be in touch.
