With great regret, HCPT will not be proceeding with either its 2020 summer season of pilgrimage holidays to Hosanna House or the proposed October children's pilgrimage to Lourdes.

These decisions were taken by HCPT's board of trustees, with the support of the management team, after a detailed evaluation of the situation surrounding the COVID 19 (coronavirus) epidemic.

HCPT's primary concern in this situation is the wellbeing of all individuals its care.

These have been very difficult decisions to take, and we know they will cause a huge amount of sadness across the Trust. We will continue to monitor the evolution of the pandemic and should conditions permit, will try to create an alternative programme for Hosanna House, which is safe and achievable.

In the meantime, HCPT remains operational and will focus our attention on a variety of developmental, training and strategic projects, which will have long-term benefits for the charity while planning for the 2021 pilgrimage season.

The memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Br Michael Strode (scheduled for 23rd June in Westminster Cathedral) has also been postponed.
