Br Michael Strode

Brother Michael was the founder of HCPT, which has helped thousands of disabled and disadvantaged children and adults experience the joy of pilgrimage. His commitment and dedication to this was truly inspirational, and his legacy continues to this day.

Brother Michael's lived a life dedicated to his faith and charity. It is typical that he would take no credit for the inspiration that he gave to others. Wanting only to bring them closer to God, he always diverted attention away from himself: 'It wasn't me at all, it is God working through us.' And he would add 'The best person to help us in all this is Our Lady'.
