Hosanna House Groups come from all over the UK. Many are based in parishes. Over the years they develop their own spirituality, culture, and traditions. Each year the group members vary as new people join them.

Each Group has its own Leader, Chaplain and Nurse who have the responsibility of ensuring there is a good balance of group members. They organise and manage the week's programme. Most groups have around 40 people and they stay together in one of the two wings of Hosanna House. Group members help each other with any care or support needs as required so that everyone enjoys the family atmosphere of the House.

Groups participate in the Lourdes activities, visiting the Grotto and joining the Blessed Sacrament and Torchlight Processions. Masses and other services take place in the Chapel at Hosanna House and day-excursions to the Pyrenees and other places of interest are included. The programme is designed to provide a spiritually uplifting experience as well as time for rest and relaxation in a friendly, family atmosphere.

Although most groups meet at the airport to travel together, many also organise reunion meetings during the year, thus maintaining lasting friendships.

If you would like to join a Hosanna House Group, we will help match you with a suitable Group once you have expressed an interest.
