All applications to enter the HCPT Lottery must be from persons over the age of 16 years.
The draw will be held on the Second Friday of every month.
The winning numbers will be published on the HCPT website. All winners will be notified by post. The jackpot is won by matching the four drawn numbers correctly.
If more than one winner then the jackpot will be divided equally.
The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry, subscriptions are payable for one year in advance (£12), and you keep the same numbers for the following 12 draws.
The starting jackpot will be 50% of the monthly income. (ie 1000 members, Jackpot will be £500).  
 
If the jackpot is not won, 50% of it will be added to the following month’s jackpot and the remaining 50% will be allocated to HCPT funds.  
 
In any month the jackpot is not won then 3 member’s names will be drawn and will win £20 each.

The Promoter may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary (e.g. Mr/Mrs. Smith from Leeds).
Entries must be received by the last working day of each month to be included in the following months draw. No liability is accepted for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
Unfortunately unable to accept entries from addresses outside Great Britain. This Lottery is licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and therefore, legally, entries are restricted to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
