Atou Diakite is the acting Hoanna House manager , she supervises the work of all staff and looks after the staffing team. She assists the groups to ensure that they have a pleasant week in the hope that all pilgrims will have a wonderful memory of their week at Hosanna House. Atou is working at Hosanna House while Veronique Rouilhon has taken a sabbaitcal break.

Frédéric Ruiz is the main chef at Hosanna House. He manages and controls all the ordering as well as managing his team. He looks after the preparation of meals along with his fellow chef (Jean-Bernard Larré), a kitchen-hand (Evelyne Brua) and a server (Bernadette Martin).

Pascal Crassus looks after the interior and exterior maintenance of Hosanna House and the Villa, as well as the gardens of each. He manages and looks after the medical items and helps Patrick with the wheelchairs if necessary. He also acts as a driver where required.

Patrick Lagues drives the Hosanna House bus and looks after all the Hosanna House vehicles. He also looks after the wheelchairs, assisted by Pascal where necessary. He is assisted by another driver (Patrick Thimante) when he is off and covers Pascal's work when Pascal is on holiday.

Mary Joyce is responsible for housekeeping and manages her team, orders, and helps with cleaning and laundry. She is assisted by 2 members of staff (Muriel Nogues and Catherine Lagues) who look after Notre-Dame and St. Bernadette side of the house - cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms, corridors, kitchens and lounges. They also look after general laundry which includes bedlinen.

3 night porters (Philippe, Serge, Didier) also prepare the breakfasts, clean the chapel and the communal toilets, help pilgrims where necessary, help the driver to unload the bus safely and ensuring the safety of all pilgrims and the house.

Sylvie Pallois has various roles, she replaces Evelyne and Bernadette on their days off and supports the housekeeping team on Fridays.
